Through Life Management Plan (TLMP)
The purpose of the TLMP is to keep all of your building data in a controlled environment. ADM’s TLMP Data Repository will give you peace of mind that your Data is safe and when you require it, it can be easily located. TLMP works on the “CADMID” cycle, which dictates that you prepare storage for all Documentation required for a Project before (preferable) the project begins. The phases of the Project covered are;
The TLMP guaranties that all key areas are thought about at the planning stage of a building project. This ensures that contractors can be instructed early, regarding Documentation deliverables against Milestones.
What the TLMP also does, is to allow you to highlight any key dependencies, such as disposal plans for hazardous materials etc.
The TLMP allows you to store all forms of project documentation; plans, schemes, maintenance documents, service level agreements and any other documentation, from the concept documents to the disposal plans. In addition to this, the system has an active notification feature and full document version control
The breakdown structure of the TLMP can be tailored to meet individual needs. Once formed the TLMP becomes a powerful tool, allowing you to store all project information in a secure and controlled manner.
All file formats are supported and all document types can be stored within your bespoke filling structure. You decide who can view and use your data and you will ensure it is never lost or used by unauthorised people.
