Configuration Management

Change Management

If a Document is up dated it is recorded, all key parties can be automatically informed. The superseded document is placed in an archive, it is not over written. This allows audits to be made and a document history can be followed.

Active Notification

Once key documentation such as maintenance contracts and service plans has been entered, an active notification can be initiated to allow you to be reminded when key documentation needs to be reviewed or renewed, for example maintenance contracts or insurance policies.
